Registration

• $260 Early registration fee by Dec. 21, 2025
  (Will receive a hoodie or shirt.)
  
  
• $280 Registration fee after Dec. 21, 2025
  (May not receive a hoodie or shirt.)

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel by 12/21/25 - $210 refund
• Cancel after 12/21/25 - $185 refund
• No refund after 12/31/25
  
  

Transportation
Transportation is provided for all youth via charter bus.

• Drop-Off (Fri, 1/16)
  Be at Sunset Church by 6:00pm.
  Dinner will NOT be provided. Please eat beforehand. 
  
  
• Return (Mon, 1/19)
  We'll return to Sunset Church by 4:00pm.

Packing List

• Warm Clothing, Running Shoes, Sandals
• Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Face Towel, Body Towel, Soap, Shampoo
• Flashlight, Sleeping Bag, Pillow 
• Bible, Pen, Notebook
• Reusable Water Bottle
• Medication (inhaler, Epi-Pen, Benadryl, etc.) Bring even if you think you don't need it.
• Playing Cards
• If bringing own snacks, do not bring snacks with nuts or tree nuts.
• Money for Gift Shop

Use of any electronics is not permitted during the retreat unless otherwise directed.
